This individual is responsible for one area of ministry in several countries and is responsible to build his or her own ministry team consisting of country leaders. Also, he or she is responsible to work closely with each country leader in the team, develop programs, and train individuals in their area of ministry. This team leader is responsible to stay familiar with all the work within all the countries in their team. The ministry team leader will receive periodical training both on and off the field. He or she will work closely with the home office and executive committee.

This individual is responsible for a designed minestry in one country. Duties are to compile facts, information, and provide updates to the Ministry Team Leader. Duties also include assisting in the training of others in their area of ministry, both on and off the field. This individual works closely with the home office, field staff, and the ministry team leader. Periodical training for the country leaders is provided both on and off the field.

These individuals are involved backpack medical missions and are responsible to both the Healthcare Coordinator and Medical Director.
All I.C.E. Ministry Leaders and missionaries are faith supported, meaning that they are not paid by the organization. They are responsible for raising any ministry funds for projects or personal support.
